We have a reservation function available via our web site for our wheelchair accessible vehicles which you can use with your debit card. Any mobility vehicle we receive a deposit or initial payment on will be ‘put on hold’ for that customer for seven days. That means the vehicle is not sold to any other party and you have entered into a contract to continue with the purchase of the vehicle. Unless we have specifically put it in writing, deposits are generally non-refundable so make sure that:
• the wheelchair accessible vehicle is right for you and that you have spoken to friends and family for advice
• that you can afford your chosen mobility vehicle and have the means to pay via debit card or bank transfer (or have been approved for finance)
• that you have explored all options
• that you have investigated all other expenses to put the vehicle ‘on the road’
• that you have willingly entered into the process of purchasing a mobility vehicle
