Disabled Vehicle Delivery & Demonstration

Why do I need to book to look at your disabled vehicles?

We just ask that you let us know when you would like to view so that we make sure the disabled vehicles you are interested in are still available for sale or haven't been taken on a demonstration or a home viewing.

We welcome anyone who wishes to visit our premises, we are in a rural location surrounded by fields, trees and sheep! We just ask that an appointment is made beforehand and of course, visiting us has its benefits, you can look at all our disabled vehicles and test drive as many as you want!

Can I book to look at a disabled vehicle at my home?

We do understand that customers would prefer home demonstration and we can offer this but we do have a mileage limitation. There is no charge for this service, but bear in mind some vehicles are driven to your home or place of work and will obviously incur additional mileage. If you have an interest in more than one vehicle it would be advisable to make an appointment and visit our site.

We will ask some basic information initially, such as

• what is the vehicle to be used for (personal/work; scooter or wheelchair)

• what are the measurements of the wheelchair/scooter (and its occupant if applicable)

• do you have the funds to pay for the vehicle (debit card/bank transfer)

• do you need finance (if yes, we would need to look at a finance application before we bring out the vehicle)

Once we can determine the disabled vehicle you have requested for the demonstration will potentially work for you, we will make arrangements for a mutually convenient date and time to bring the disabled vehicle out. You can take your time looking over the vehicle, have it inspected if you wish, and have a test drive, so there is no pressure or time limit. If you are a significant distance from us, we will bring the vehicle ready for sale, so that should you decide to buy the vehicle we will have all the relevant paperwork with us.

PLEASE NOTE: Unless you have placed a deposit on the disabled vehicle in question; you have received a message in writing agreeing that the vehicle is held for you i.e. you have first refusal or that the vehicle is on hold until you arrive at our site for viewing- the disabled vehicle in question is still for sale to anyone else. Do not assume that the vehicle is held for you.

Can you deliver a disabled vehicle to my home?

If you have decided on a suitable vehicle and wish to have it delivered, we are also happy to provide this service free of charge in England and Wales. Dependent on vehicle size, will determine whether the disabled vehicle is driven or whether it is put on our vehicle transporter. Wheelchair vehicles driven to your home or place of work will obviously incur additional mileage

Delivery outside of England and Wales

Now in the past we would happily travel to Scotland and Northern Ireland, but the costs and time involved determined it was not financially viable to continue offering this service. We are, however, happy to be contacted by anyone in these areas wishing to view our vehicles and we will make a decision based on current circumstances. If customers from those areas wish to visit us and decide to travel by air to Bristol Airport, we will collect you free of charge from there.

Can you help with the export of a disabled vehicle

We have also been involved with the export of our disabled vehicles and we will continue to offer this service. We can deliver any used disabled vehicle to an agreed port in England and Wales free of charge.

For clarity on any of this, please feel free to get in touch with your questions. You can use the contact form below if you wish

PLEASE NOTE - unless we have specified verbally or in writing that a vehicle is on hold for you, any vehicle that DOES NOT have a deposit on is available for sale. We will however hold any vehicle whilst you are travelling to us to view.
